Baby Massage and Baby Yoga promote better sleep patterns in babies.
All of our classes are child focused!
This means their needs are the most important throughout the class. Whether they need a feed, changing or just a cuddle we follow their cues to build trust and this then encourages them to enjoy the classes more.
See babies progress in baby yoga getting stronger, more flexible and more aware of their own bodies each week.
Small groups and social time encourage you to talk to the other mums/dads and begin to make new friends.
Help baby prepare for rolling, crawling and walking through simple exercises in baby yoga.
MummyNatal is a new programme that we are starting to offer from October 2019. These amazing classes will offer you a place to come and meet other mums-to-be while learning new skills that will help you with pregnancy, labour and birth.
